Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms are intended to stipulate the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company and users, and other necessary matters regarding the use of the Listo app service (hereinafter referred to as "Service") provided by Listo (hereinafter referred to as "Company").

Article 2 (Definitions)

• "Service" means the departure time calculation and notification service provided by the Company.
• "User" means a person who uses the Service in accordance with these Terms.
• "App" means the application provided by the Company to enable users to use the Service through mobile devices.

Article 3 (Effectiveness and Changes of Terms)

• These Terms take effect for all users who intend to use the Service.
• The Company may change these Terms to the extent that it does not violate relevant laws and regulations.
• If the Company changes the Terms, it will specify the effective date and reason for the change and notify users through the initial screen of the Service along with the current Terms from 7 days before the effective date until the day before the effective date.

Article 4 (Provision and Changes of Service)

• The Company provides the following services:
  • Departure time calculation service
  • Notification service
  • Preparation card management service
  • Academic calendar management service
• The Company may change the content of the services provided due to operational or technical needs.

Article 5 (Suspension of Service)

• The Company may temporarily suspend the provision of services if there are reasons such as maintenance, replacement, or failure of information and communication equipment, or interruption of communication.
• The Company compensates for damages suffered by users or third parties due to the temporary suspension of service provision for the reasons stated in paragraph 1. However, this does not apply if the Company proves that there was no intention or negligence.

Article 6 (User Obligations)

• Users must not engage in the following acts:
  • Registration of false information when applying or changing
  • Unauthorized use of another person's information
  • Alteration of information posted by the Company
  • Transmission or posting of information (computer programs, etc.) other than information specified by the Company
  • Infringement of intellectual property rights such as copyrights of the Company and other third parties
  • Acts that damage the reputation of the Company and other third parties or interfere with business
  • Acts of posting or disclosing obscene or violent messages, images, sounds, or other information that violates public order and morals on the Service
• Users must grant necessary permissions (notification permissions, etc.) to use the Service.

Article 7 (Protection of Personal Information)

• The Company strives to protect users' personal information. Matters regarding the protection of users' personal information are governed by relevant laws and regulations and the "Privacy Policy" established by the Company.
• The Company collects only the minimum personal information necessary to provide the Service.

Article 8 (Company Obligations)

• The Company does not engage in acts prohibited by laws and these Terms or contrary to public order and morals, and strives to provide services continuously and stably.
• The Company establishes security systems to protect users' personal information and publicly announces and complies with the Privacy Policy.
• If the Company recognizes that opinions or complaints raised by users regarding the Service are justified, it must process them.

Article 9 (Disclaimer)

• The Company is exempt from liability for service provision if it cannot provide services due to natural disasters or equivalent force majeure.
• The Company is not liable for service use disruptions caused by user negligence.
• The Company is not liable for lost profits expected by users from using the Service, and is not liable for damages caused by materials obtained through the Service.
• The Company is not liable for the reliability, accuracy, etc. of information, materials, and facts posted by users on the app.

Article 10 (Dispute Resolution)

• The Company and users must make all necessary efforts to amicably resolve disputes arising in relation to the Service.
• Notwithstanding the provisions of paragraph 1, if a lawsuit is filed due to a dispute, the lawsuit shall be under the jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company's headquarters.

Article 11 (Miscellaneous)

• Matters not specified in these Terms shall be governed by relevant laws and regulations or commercial practices.
• The Company may establish separate terms and policies for individual functions within the Service if necessary, and in such cases, the separate terms and policies take precedence over these Terms.
